NC lathe machining is a high-precision and high-efficiency machining method in which automatic machine tools use digital information to control the displacement of parts and tools. We all need to check before using the CNC lathe for machining, so what items do we need to check?

1、 Inspection of CNC electric box: check the CNC electric box door before machining the CNC lathe, and check various interface sockets, servo motor feedback line sockets, spindle pulse generator sockets, manual pulse generator sockets, CRT sockets, etc. in case of looseness, re insert them immediately, and ensure locking when locking the organization.

2、 Electrical equipment inspection: open the electrical control box of the machine tool, check whether the relay, contactor, fuse, servo motor speed, operation unit socket, spindle motor speed operation unit socket, etc. are loose, and immediately return to normal after loosening. The plug-in of the locking organization must be locked.

3、 Check the wiring of all buttons, switches and indicator lights on the operation panel. If any error is found, handle it immediately, and check the socket and wiring of CRT unit. Ground wire inspection requires excellent ground wire. Measure the ground wire of CNC lathe, and the grounding resistance shall not exceed 1 ω。 Check the power supply sequence check the input power supply sequence with the sequence table, and confirm that the input power supply sequence and the power supply sequence calibrated everywhere on the machine tool must be common.

4、 Solenoid valve inspection: all solenoid valves shall be manually pushed for several times to avoid poor operation caused by long-term power failure. If any abnormality is found, it shall be recorded for repair or replacement after power on.

5、 Check the limit switch of CNC machine tool: check whether the action flexibility and fixity of all limit switches are firm, and deal with them immediately in case of poor action or fixation. Buttons and switches check the buttons and switches on the operation panel.

6、 For equipment with secondary wiring, such as power transformer, the commonality of phase sequence of secondary wiring shall be recognized. It must be ensured that the sequence of the CNC lathe is correct. And also measure the power supply voltage at this moment and make records.
